These Terms of Service govern your use of Heading Section Copier, provided by Sumerovia.

The service

Heading Section Copier is an add-on for Google Docs™ that identifies the current section from the document's heading structure and prepares supported content and formatting for copying to the clipboard.

Use of the service

You may use Heading Section Copier only in a lawful manner and only with documents and material that you are authorized to access, copy, and use.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of copied material complies with any applicable rights, permissions, obligations, or restrictions.

Your content

Sumerovia does not claim ownership of the content in your documents.

Your use of Heading Section Copier does not transfer ownership of your document content to Sumerovia.

Copying and formatting

Heading Section Copier preserves supported content and formatting, but it does not guarantee that every Google Docs property or element will be reproduced exactly.

Google Docs, HTML representations, clipboard behavior, the browser, and the receiving application may affect the final copied and pasted result.

Review copied content when accuracy or preservation of formatting is important.

Third-party services

Heading Section Copier depends in part on third-party services and technologies, including Google Docs, Google Apps Script, the browser, and clipboard functionality.

Changes, outages, limitations, or other behavior in those services may affect the operation of Heading Section Copier.

Heading Section Copier is not a Google product and is not presented as being affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Availability and changes

Sumerovia may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Heading Section Copier as the product evolves.

Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Disclaimer

Heading Section Copier is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Sumerovia does not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every document, workflow, browser, or receiving application.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sumerovia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use Heading Section Copier.

You are responsible for reviewing copied content and maintaining any original documents or other material that you need to preserve.

Intellectual property

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Heading Section Copier, Sumerovia branding, or other intellectual property to you. Any separately published license for source code or other materials governs those materials.

Stopping use

You may stop using Heading Section Copier at any time, including by disabling or uninstalling the add-on and revoking authorization through your Google Account settings.
